Good morning!
We again woke up, got up, and packed the car up. Today was our last day of our driving tour up north in Norway. We were driving from Andalsnes to Trondhiem. There were a couple stops along the way to help us get out an stretch our legs.
The first of which was just a short drive from town and a little photographic area called Trollveggen. This was a quick stop as in we quickly hopped out of the car, took in the view, and snapped some photos before continuing on our drive.

We then drove another ~2.5 hours to this lookout point which was ~2 mile hike on the side of the road. It was a place to look for wildlife and had a hut on top that was very pretty. We came, we saw (no wildlife), and then headed back to the car to finish our drive to Trondheim.

After another 2-2.5 hours in the car we had arrived at our final roadtrip stop. In the car and once we arrived we looked up the “must see” spots in town and went to hit them all. Prior to exploring, we quickly checked into the hotel and my dad went to drop off the rental car.
Our first stop was the cathedral. The kids split up and my parents met us later on. On the way to the cathedral we popped into a cutesy little kitchen store and walked around a bit before continuing our journey. We took a lap around the church as it the outside architecture was gorgeous.

We then continued on to see the bridge and colorful row of houses, which seemed to be a staple of the Nordic region. While we were walking around there must have been a local bar crawl happening as there were so many students out dressed up in themes around the city.
We walked around for quite a while before popping into a little Italian restaurant for dinner. We all ordered Hugo Sprits as they were the drink of the summer. We all enjoyed them quite a lot! For dinner, we pretty much all got afagoto, which was also delicious!

After dinner we headed over to the grocery store to get some snacks for the ferry boat that would take us back to Bergen. Once we brought our groceries back, we went out to find where our boat would be picking us up bright and early the next day.
It was great to get some steps in before heading to bed. What a day!
Goodnight!
