Day 0: Planes, Trains and Automobiles

This morning was the official start of our trip and I could not be more excited. It was an all day travel day from Denver to New York to Buenos Aires, which meant a couple of long plane rides. The first flight was only 4 hours and had free Wi-Fi which was amazing cause it meant I got to work without taking a full day off. The first flight was all work with a little sleep.

Once I landed in JFK I was able to meet up with Ashley & Katherine whom I would be continuing the rest of the trip with. We met up and then quickly went to our separate ways to find some dinner in the airport. We each found our own dinner which ranged from a sandwich to a burrito to shake shack. Katherine e was able to find a table by the gate that we all met back up at to each and hangout before getting on our quick 11 hour flight to Buenos Aires.

The flight to Buenos Aires was fairly easy for myself as I was able to watch (1) full movie and sleep the rest of the flight. The major downside of sleeping the whole flight was I woke up and had apparently lost an AirPod in my sleep which was not an ideal start to the entire trip, but better than losing my entire bag like my last trip, so I guess I’ll consider it a win. Plot twist: As I was walking off the plane, I found my AirPod on the ground under the seat a couple rows behind me. Huge W!

Our flight landed at about 10:15am since we took a red-eye flight from JFK. This meant we had all of Friday to explore the wonderful city of Buenos Aires.
